Landmarker.

The technology platform

The fibre becomes the sensor.

Landmarker is built on distributed acoustic sensing, European AI and machine positioning. Everything runs on European infrastructure with national data control.

01

Distributed acoustic sensing.

Fibre optic cables act as distributed sensors along the entire route. DAS captures vibrations and acoustic signals continuously, without additional hardware in the ground.

Landmarker's algorithms analyse raw sensor data in real time and distinguish mechanical excavation from background noise such as traffic and weather. The result is operational intelligence, not raw data.

Worth knowing

We own the algorithms

Landmarker uses established DAS hardware from European suppliers. The proprietary element is the algorithms and methodology for signal interpretation. That is where the value lies.

02

European AI.

Landmarker uses Mistral AI, the French, European alternative to American cloud models. Incident logs, deviation reports and NIS2 documentation are generated automatically from sensor data.

Mistral is built for the public sector and regulated industries. Data sovereignty is core: data never crosses European borders, and the models can run in isolated environments without external network access.

NIS2

Reporting that writes itself

From incident to completed report within 24 and 72 hours, as NIS2 requires. AI-generated, human-approved.

03

Machine control and positioning.

GPS positioning from construction machines provides the basis for three things: As-Built registration while the trench is open, real-time overview of all activity in the infrastructure map, and alerting machines in exclusion zones.

Position data flows automatically into the Landmarker portal. No manual measurements. No after-the-fact documentation.

  • As Built is generated from the machine's actual position
  • Real-time overview shows all activity near critical infrastructure
  • The machine is alerted and stopped automatically in exclusion zones

04

What we own is where the value lies.

Landmarker builds on established infrastructure and European suppliers. DAS hardware from established manufacturers. AI from Mistral. Map data from Geodata Online. Data centres in Norway and Germany.

What no one can copy is the algorithms, the methodology and the network: 4,000+ infrastructure owners, MEF agreement with 2,400 contractors, and jarð as a coordination tool for Norwegian municipalities.

Data control

National storage, European standards

Infrastructure data is stored in accordance with GDPR and NIS2. No data crosses European borders. Sovereign cloud from day one.
